Start your Saturday early – with art, yoga, and coffee
On the morning of October 10, we invite you to a special Saturday morning experience: it begins with an early yoga session—held in collaboration with Jivamukti Yoga Riga—at the Latvian National Museum of Art from 7:00 to 8:00 AM, and continues across the street at Kalve Coffee with coffee, DJ music, and a friendly Saturday morning atmosphere.
The museum’s inspiring setting will help awaken the body, focus the mind, and start the day with energy and a positive mood. The yoga session will begin with a brief centering exercise, continue with moderate-intensity movements to build strength and flexibility, and conclude with relaxation and meditation. Yoga mats will be provided.
Following the yoga session (8:00–9:00 AM), the morning program continues at the Kalve café across the street. Participants can enjoy complimentary coffee, listen to DJ music, and savor a leisurely Saturday morning. Additional beverages from Kalve’s menu will also be available for purchase.
The experience extends beyond the morning program: your event ticket allows you to return to the Latvian National Museum of Art later that same day to explore the permanent exhibition at your own pace.

Yoga session in the 3rd-floor lobby of the Latvian National Museum of Art;
8:00–9:00
Complimentary coffee, DJ music, and a relaxed morning atmosphere at the Kalve café;
Followed by the opportunity to visit the Latvian National Museum of Art’s permanent exhibition throughout the day.

- Yoga mats are provided.
- Please bring your own water bottle.
- We recommend arriving at the museum approximately 10–15 minutes before the session begins.
- Museum entrance is from the Esplanade Park side.
- Yoga session location: 3rd-floor lobby.
- The event ticket is also valid for visiting the museum’s permanent exhibition on October 10.
